Everybody Jungle Body Life
Apart from all usual health, wellbeing and fitness reasons to come to Jungle Body, which of course still stand, how about this….. as well as feeling utterly fabulous that you got yourself to class, you also get yourself in the running to win with our Mega give-away. In fact, it’s so mega I need a new word for mega! Just by coming to class you’re in the draw. That’s it. No entry fee. No forms to complete. And the prize?
You’ll receive over $500 worth of incredible prizes from brilliant, local brands.
So, come along to class and you’re in. Simple! The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 12th September.
And no, I can’t enter myself…… ~~~~looks extremely disappointed.
Just a reminder too that Eftpos is available at all classes so there’s no need to find an ATM beforehand. Just pay by card. Super easy if you’re a bit like the Queen* and only carry a credit card and lippy in your purse.
Now there’s no denying that as the grey mornings and drizzly evenings drag on it can be a real challenge to maintain training and that’s why setting goals is vital. I suggest writing your goals down. Be really specific so include facts and a timeline, for example “I will go to class twice each week.” Now for the magic bit. Tape the goals to your bathroom mirror or make them your phone screensaver. This is a real game changer because your brain sees them even when you don’t. The subconscious is incredible. It takes over and makes things happen. Honestly, try it and tell me how you get on. You’ll find yourself on the way to Jungle Body before you know what’s happened. Haha. I just hope you’re not still wearing your fleecy pyjamas.
Big Date for your diary folks; August 12th is 90s night. I’ll welcome you back into the decade taste forgot when the tunes were EPIC. So, ‘Hit me baby one more time’ from Britpop to hip hop be ready to MOVE it, move it. If you have a favourite 90s anthem be sure to let me know here.
