BURN!® is a transformative dumbbell & resistance band workout BURN combines 1.5kg–2kg dumbbells and resistance "booty bands" with high repetition movements and a carefully curated playlist to inspire the mind, body & soul.
You will need water, towel and yoga mat.
Bring 1-2kg dumbbells and resistance bands for BURN. Resistance bands are available to purchase at class. Both the dumbbells and bands are optional. Class can be done without them.
