Wowee, what an amazing few weeks it’s been for Everybody Jungle Body. From our Scarborough beach takeover to our 1st birthday party and a Megaclass to plan for I just loooove this Jungle Body life.

We celebrated our 1st Birthday with an amazing gathering of the #ejbtribe at the Bedford RSL Hall. We boxed, danced, twerked and absolutely nailed those squats.

The soundtrack to the evening ranged from storming old school songs by East 17 and Dj Jazzy Jeff to real retro beats from the Bee Gees and Stevie Wonder. It ain’t a party without those infectious, feel good tunes. In fact that’s what every single Jungle Body class is about. There was cupcake action from Cocoa and Spice and we shopped at the pop up stalls thanks to Nutrition Warehouse, Opulenza Fragrances, Bronzalicious Tanning and many more.

I can hardly believe it’s been 12 months since I taught my first class. I have so much love for my tribe. Each of you who come to class are my reason why - you inspire me. Here’s to the next 12 months!

When I first did a Jungle Body class in 2010 I knew I was onto something special. It just didn’t feel like exercise yet here I was burning over 700 calories a class in a low complexity workout that left me buzzing. Anyone of any age or fitness level can do it. Group fitness is THE way to go.

And we’ve only just recovered from the mass beach work out in Scarborough where over 200 Jungle Bodies rocked the amphitheatre one Sunday morning. Incredible energy and smiles all round despite the most unPerthlike weather. What a vibe!
